Description:
This development is located in the commercial and banking district of Hubin Bei North Road in Xiamen and comprises of an adjoining 29-storey tower and 19-storey tower for offices and service apartments with a 2-level podium for banking and retail. Parking facilities are located in a 2-level basement carpark.
Project Highlights:
The reinforced concrete building structure is designed to resist seismic loads and is founded on 6 meters deep cellular raft foundation.
The superstructure consists of reinforced concrete beam-slab floor system supported on composite steel columns. |
