Description:
Capital Square is a mammoth billion-dollar development modeled as a “city within a city” concept. The first phase of this development comprises one out of two 40-storey office towers, 4 levels of retail space and 3 levels of basement carpark. This project will be Malaysia’s first totally integrated, unified and coordinated mixed-use commercial complex.
Project Highlights:
Post-tensioned transfer girders carry the tower across a span of up to 30 meters to achieve a large column-free lobby area. |
