Description:
This development is located in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District on a very tight site of area 1,136 m2 next to the Fullerton Building, Bank of China and pedestrian promenade beside Singapore River. It comprises a 32-storey Office tower, a 6-storey podium and a one-level basement carpark with total gross floor area of 17,773 m2. Typical tower floor plate is 500m2.
Project Highlights:
The building foundation consists of reinforced concrete raft combined with large diameter caissons of up to 5.0 meters in diameter founded on hard boulder clay stratum. Forming the vertical structural elements of the superstructure is an eccentric core together with 6 number of columns to optimize floor space. Located at the base of the tower is the banking hall with a high headroom of 8.5 meters.
