The 42-storey tower with 3-storeypodium over a 30m wide by 18m deep MRT tunnel was completed in April 1984. The typical floor system consists of 115mm thick one way prestresses concrete slabs supported by 400mm deep prestressed concrete beams. The tower block is supported by 21 caissons of 3.5m diameters. |
