Description:
This 50-storey tower with an overall height of 262 meters is Jakarta’s tallest building at the time of project implementation. The structural system for the typical floors consist of one-way slab supported by post-tensioned beams spanning 12 meters between the central core walls and perimeter columns. As Jakarta is located within an earthquake zone, this building is designed to Indonesian Earthquake Zone 4.
Project Highlights:
Capping the tower roof is a mast 52 meters tall constructed in hybrid concrete and steel.
Column free span of 12 meters with cantilevered floor projections up to 6.5 meters were achieved using maximum beam depth of 600 mm. |
