Description:
This office cum retail development comprises a 25-storey Office Tower of gross floor area 36,700 m2, a 18-storey Office Tower of gross floor area 20,820 m2 and a 3-storey Retail Complex.
Project Highlights:
This development is located above the underground Novena MRT Station serving the North-South MRT Line. A pedestrian underpass was constructed beneath the busy Thomson Road/Newton Road junction, linking Novena Square to the diagonally opposite Goldhill Centre.
Awards:
Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore, Design Excellence Award 2002.
